Alex: Look Mom, look! There are no boogers in my nose! Me (peering into her nose): Why yes! I do believe you're right! There are no boogers here! Where do you think they went? Alex: In my mouth.
You have the most amazingly honest child ever, I love her. I will always remember the first time I met her and you asked her if she would like me to come swimming with you guys..."No." I have never been rejected and so gleeful at the same time. She's awesome even if she is a booger eater. ;P
Yeah, she is pretty honest. Although it appears she has her moments. The other night, we were cuddling in bed and it was just after the lights were out. She started up this conversation whereby she told me how she had gone to the bathroom at Doreen's house (daycare), and she made this poop, and it fell on the floor, and she picked up up her hands and she put it in the potty, and then she called Doreen to show her, and Doreen was all proud of her that she pooped in the potty. I was impressed she told me, but slightly alarmed at the deceptive potential there :P
