Question

For those of you that need some time to yourselves during the day:

If you fall asleep during your "alone-time", do you feel like you missed it? Or do you feel that you still got it, but just spent it in slumber?

Missed it. Sleep doesn't count.

I usually feel like sleep is a waste of time anyway, despite craving it and loving it so much. So I'd feel like I missed it.

I feel like I missed it! And I'm crabby about it.

I'm pretty sure my only alone time IS sleep.

I used to love sleeping so much and I guess a part of me still does, but the part of me that wanted to sleep all the time was depressed and resented anything that interfered with sleep at one point.
Now I look back on my weekends and wish I didn't have to sleep.
If I am exhausted after work and take a nap I feel guilty, like I could have used that time in a more fulfilling way.

Personally I feel spending your time sleeping is probably the best use of time there is. Not wasted to me.
