I go back to work March 09. My heart is breaking.

The last two days I have been taking Stephen to daycare and sitting there with him so he can get to know the daycare lady without freaking out.

I don't see how this is going to work out positively. I'm praying it will, but I just don't see how it will.

Last week he started crying "Mama" when he wanted me, or when something was wrong (which meant he wanted me).

The first of many fledgling times Shar. But I know you will deal with it rightly for both of you.

The ones when they get older are even tougher 8^(

Kayleigh loved her first daycare so much so that she'd run as soon as she saw the other kids.
Made me feel awful even so.
Separation sucks no matter how the kiddies go.
As luck would have it she loved daycare so much she didn't want to sleep and when they tried to force her to nap, she faked it until the workers went to sip tea or coffee then woke up the rest of the kids.
This led to her first expulsion from school.
At first I was annoyed with her then when they told me they'd laid hands on her to force her down to nap, I was glad to be rid of it.
They have better rules and laws about stuff like that now, just go with people you trust like you did with Alex and it should all be good.

I used to be like that when I was little, but after a while I would be happy there and cry when it was time to go home.
